This product retains its properties for 3 years at room temperature. It is recommended that it be stored in the refrigerator after opening to preserve its freshness. Once the product is opened, it is recommended that it be consumed in a short time to ensure the best quality and freshness.

Black Truffle Risotto:
- Prepare a vegetable broth and keep warm.
- In a frying pan, sauté a finely chopped onion with a little butter until it becomes transparent.
- Add the rice and toast it for a few minutes.
- Deglaze with white wine and, once it has evaporated, add vegetable stock one ladleful at a time, letting the rice absorb the liquid before adding more.
