Whole SPRING WHITE TRUFFLE (Tuber albidum Pico).

Ingredients : Our jars of WHOLE TRUFFLES are made only with first quality whole natural truffle conserved in water and salt.

Suggestion: These truffles are used, like fresh truffle, sliced in little quantity with butter, cream or olive oil to prepare tagliolini and rise. Taste good, sliced over meat, eggs and omelettes.

Shelf life: 3 years, room temperature. After opening, refrigerate +4°/+8° and eat shortly. Packaging: Glass jars gr. 25.
