Our TRUFFLED SAUCE is a tipically Tuscany sauce with truffle, made with Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus disporus), extra virgin olive oil, black olives and first quality Truffle (5% min.)
SUGGESTION: Very good and ready to use for make truffled pasta and rice, to prepare bread and sandwich, over eggs and omelettes. Taste very good also with meal of meat or fish.
SHELF LIFE: 3 years, room temperature.After opening, refrigerate +4°/+8°, cover the surface with olive oil and eat within 1 mounths.
