Pure truffle cream

Truffle creams (paté): WHITE TRUFFLE CREAM, SPRING WHITE TRUFFLE CREAM, BLACK TRUFFLE CREAM are made only with first quality pure truffle and olive oil, so are one of the best product.

There are 3 kinds of Tuscany truffle: WHITE ( Tuber magnatum Pico), SPRING WHITE ( Tuber albidum Pico) and BLACK (Tuber aestivum Vitt).

SUGGESTION: These creams are used, like fresh truffle, in little quantity with butter, cream and olive oil to prepare tagliolini and rise. Very good with “mascarpone cheese” over tartine. Delicious , blended at the end of preparation meal over eggs and omelettes.

SHELF LIFE: 3 years, room temperature. After opening, refrigerate +4°/+8°, cover the surface with olive oil and eat within 1 month. PACKAGING: Glass Jars gr. 30 and gr.80. Boxes of 12 jars.
