Porcini mushrooms and truffle

The sauce of Porcini mushroom & Truffle is a tipically Tuscany sauce with truffle, made only with Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), extra virgin olive oil and first quality Truffle (5% min.).
Very good and ready to use for make truffled pasta and rice, to prepare bread and sandwich, over eggs and omelettes. Taste very good also with meal of meat or fish.
Shelf life: 3 years, room temperature. After opening, refrigerate +4°, cover the surface with olive oil and eat within 1 mounth.
Glass Jars gr.90, gr.180 and gr.500. Boxes of 12 jars.
