TRUFFLE SAUCE 150°  -To remember and celebrate the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy, which coincide with the 100th anniversary of thebirth of our founder, grandfather Nello, we've created a new product, we present a limited edition with a commemorative label.A truffle sauce better, more beautiful, more natural ... such as Italy.  INGREDIENTS : The sauce is made with mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil and first quality Truffle (5% min.). SUGGESTION: Very good and ready to use for make truffled pasta and rice, to prepare bread and sandwich, over eggs and omelettes. Taste very good also with meal of meat or fish. SHELF LIFE: 3 years, room temperature. After opening, refrigerate +4°/+8°, cover the surface with olive oil and eat within 1 mounths.PACKAGING : Glass Jars gr.90 , gr.180. Boxes of 12 jars.
